  I have been taking my dog Alfie to Clifftop since he was a puppy, he is now rising 4 years old. We always book a luxury kennel and it is amazing for him. My dog has additional needs and he gets expert care by knowledgeable and dog loving staff. I would not board my dog anywhere else.

  Booked Hugo in for his clip in early December, received phone call to say the groomer was sick, but would call me back on her return, This never happened, Hugo (a poodle) wasn’t groomed until early January, because of the time of year finding an alternative before Christmas was not an option. Spoke to Nicky (the groomer) in January, she never received the message!! Booked him in again, the date was changed, he went 8 weeks without a clip. Tried a third time, only to be told today that Nicky was put on cleaning as they were short staffed and the clip would need to be changed to 30th March. Spoke to Jo (apparently the owner or manager) who was extremely unhelpful. Will NOT take Hugo there again, terrible service, and if you can’ organise grooming efficiently, don’t offer it at all!

  I've taken my dog Charlie a couple of times now to Clifftop Boarding Kennels. We chose them to groom our springer spaniel after hearing good feedback from some friends. From the minute we arrived the staff were so efficient and thorough. They went through exactly how we wanted Charlie's fur trimming, they discussed any additional needs for Charlie etc. They then called my husband when he was ready to be collected, when we picked Charlie up he was so excited and happy. His fur looked fantastic and there were no clipper marks or anything (which previous groomers had done). Every time we return with Charlie he gets so excited when we pull up, he can't wait to go in and be pampered. I would 100% recommend these kennels and groomers. Thank you again for the looking after him so well.
